Small team. Strong connections.

KGL Hire isn't a big recruitment agency with a revolving door of new faces and a lack of personal touch - We're a team, made up of family and close friends who already work together, collectively have decades of experience, look out for each other on site and take pride in doing the job properly.

Owned and operated by Dan Komene, we are a Māori-owned, whānau-led business from Northland and a division of Komene Group NZ Limited.

For us, it all starts with relationships. We know our crew, back their strengths and take the time to get to know yours. Looking after our people and doing right by our clients go hand in hand — clear conversations, respect on site and everyone knowing where they stand.
